Our “Intro to Pole Programme” is a specially designed 12 week programme for absolute beginners, regardless of your age, size or previous fitness experience. In this course you will learn of of the basics of pole dance and fitness across your classes including basic spins and shape, choreography, grip techniques including climbs as well as spins and combinations.

In the programme you get:

  • 12 pole classes (1 per week)

  • 4 Strength and Conditioning classes

  • 4 Flexibility classes
